Psychometric, behavioural profiling and assessment tools are being increasingly used today as an input to the coaching interaction.
In the Membership survey, you expressed a keen need to understand the tools available in the market place and how these tools might enhance both the coaching relationship and a client’s self-awareness.

Anneli has enjoyed over 10 years in management and leadership roles across several industries. Her specific expertise lies within the retail financial services industry.
Along side running her own successful coaching practice, Anneli has been involved in providing coach training and mentoring for students undertaking the Certificate IV and Diploma of Coaching at Australia's leading coach training school (The Coaching Institute) as well as Co-Facilitating the only Australian Certification course for the iWAM profiling tool.
Anneli is the only Australian qualified Trainer and Consultant in both the iWAM and LAB Profiling tools (Language and Behaviour) – both aimed at decoding below conscious communications through the study of language patterns.
Her passion for the study of human excellence and this communication mastery has fuelled her thirst for best practice performance secrets. She is pleased to combine this focused study of human behaviour, coaching skills and solid corporate background to assist organisations to deliver superior sustainable business results through developing an engaged, passionate and committed workforce.

Harry Wolfe, Director of Management Dynamics International, brings his extensive Senior Management and HR experience in the manufacturing and chemical industries of Australia, the United Kingdom and Africa to the consultancy. For the last twenty years as Australian Consultant, Distributor and facilitator of Professor John Geier’s 'world best practice' online and hard copy attitude and behaviour profiles and instruments his focus is the critical importance of attitude for workplace productivity. Attitude motivates and predicts behaviour, creates culture, is the measure of job performance, job satisfaction, retention, coaching effectiveness and culture.
About Richard Harmer

Richard is currently Director of Network Services for Genos. He is a PhD candidate at Australian Catholic University (Australia), a registered psychologist, Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), former National Convener of the APS’s Buddhism and Psychology Interest Group (BPIG) and, Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute. Richard has a Masters in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, having been conferred in 2004. For his research he explored the role of emotional intelligence in enhancing employee job satisfaction, work-life balance and well-being. Richard is published in the area of work-life balance, interpersonal relationships and employee motivation.
Richard is an experienced executive coach and accomplished workplace facilitator. He has expertise in assessing and developing leadership capability, sales performance, team effectiveness and individual self-awareness, using the Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessment Instrument. For his PhD, Richard is researching the next level in individual insight, accessed once an individual has developed a high level of intra-and-inter personal competence and emotional intelligence.
Prior to commencing with Genos, Richard was formerly with a boutique training and consultant procurement firm. His charter was to provide high quality client-focused advisory services to many of the Top 200 organisations within Australia. He has also worked in a recruiting and training capability for one of Australia’s largest retailers and as a tutor for Australian Catholic University in Melbourne.
Richard is a keen photographer and has travelled internationally in search of that ‘perfect-shot’. His travels have led him to Asia, Europe and the United States of America; he still seeks that one picture that best signifies the essence of what it means to be human.
About Dr Martin Boult

Dr. Martin Boult BBSc (Hons) D.Psych (Melb) MAPs
Martin is a registered psychologist and Managing Director of CPP Asia Pacific (CPPAP), a training, consulting and psychological test distribution company. He has worked as a psychologist in both clinical and organisational settings for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience providing consulting to local and international organisations in the areas of psychological assessment, leadership effectiveness, team performance and strategy.
Martin attained a doctorate in clinical neuropsychology from the University of Melbourne and commenced his career as a clinical neuropsychologist, working in the areas of acquired brain injury, dementia assessment and psychiatry. In recent years he moved to applying his psychological skills in organisations to assist companies to select, develop and retain high value employees and managers.
In his current role as Managing Director of CPPAP he is a member of the Executive Management team and is responsible for presenting programs for the company’s range of psychological instruments and services throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. He conducts a range of certification programs to qualify business professionals, managers, consultants and psychologists in the use of psychological tests, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) instrument, which is the most used psychological instrument in history. Martin is frequently engaged by organisations and conferences to present interactive programs that are designed to enable individuals, teams, managers and organisations gain knowledge of how personality and other psychological drivers can improve, communication, decision making, conflict management, leadership, team behaviour, change management skills and selling techniques.
Martin has developed a reputation of providing highly informative and entertaining presentations that relate to real and practical outcomes in and outside the workplace. He has provided consulting to a range of leading public and private sector organisations including, Amcor, Orica, AAMI, Australian Bureau of Statistics, Victoria Police Force, Mercer, Australian Unity, BlueScope Steel, City West Water, Department of Primary Industries, Pacific Brands, the Equal Opportunity Commission and Australian Volunteers International.
He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and its Recruitment & Membership Advisory group and an Honorary Fellow of the School of Psychology, University of Melbourne.
Martin is one of three people qualified in Australia to conduct certification programs for the following psychological instruments:
