This exciting workshop has been designed for you to gain some insights into the future of Coaching.

A fantastic panel of speakers crossing a wide spectrum of coaching experience will talk about their experience and thoughts on where coaching has come from and where they believe coaching in Australia is going. They will give us their valuable insights and perspectives on where coaching will be in 5 years time.

We are very honoured to have a wealth of experienced people from Michael Fahie’s years of coaching experience to Jill McGinn’s implementation of internal corporate coaching culture and Karen Tweedie PCC, ICF President Elect who brings insights on the future from the industry body point of view, and from her years in organisational development.

Our Speakers

Michael Fahie specialises in relational leadership coaching, team coaching and training business leaders to use coaching techniques. Having spent many years as a senior professional in the fields of health and education he established his own practice over twenty years ago. Since then he has worked with individuals and teams at a variety of corporations that are in the process of transition and change.
Michael holds postgraduate qualifications in Social Psychology and Business Coaching.


He has a special interest in coaching leaders and their teams, and has been very successful in helping them develop optimal levels of performance, success and satisfaction.

 

Karen Tweedie PCC has 16 years of successful experience in coaching, training, facilitating and consulting. She has worked in both the private and public sector.
Karen is a facilitation and coaching professional: she is a leader, a leadership and team coach and a trainer of coaches. She is Director of Coaching for Coachbroker Pty Ltd, a company that matches quality coaches with the corporate world. Karen is a Past President of the International Coach Federation Australasia and President Elect of ICF Global.

 

 

Jill McGinn. HR Director with ADP Employer Services, with responsibility for the HR function providing services across Australia and the Asia pacific region. Jill has over 20 years experience in HR spanning across food retail, software and Service Outsourcing industries. Jill has established several external and internal coaching programmes both in the UK and more recently Australia and has recently completed her Diploma of Business & Workplace Coaching.
