The "Why We Click and Clash" workshop is a powerful personality focused module. This workshop provides participants with the knowledge, tools and skills to assist individuals to identify and understand the different personalities within the team, and how to use the strengths of each member to build a stronger higher performing team.

This workshop will also assist you to identify your own personality strengths and maximize your relationships with others, by building better communication skills that will help you in your coaching, business and personal life.

The workshop's key focus is on coaching and facilitating the participants to better understand themselves, in order to build greater rapport and communicate more successfully with team members or clients. Your outcome is a stronger and more empowered team or relationship.

About the Speaker

Sophie Trpcevski's passion is to transform children and adults into successful, confidant and inspirational leaders. Sophie has 24 years experience in education, extending from Primary to Tertiary level. She is a Master Practitioner in Life Coaching, has a Diploma in Executive Coaching, is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, is a GENOS Emotional Intelligence accredited facilitator, is a Neuro- Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), has a Cert IV in Business, and is also an EDISC personality profile accredited administrator and coach.

As an executive coach Sophie has worked in the corporate sector for the past three years for one of Australasia's leading RTO's, Leadership Management Australasia and has developed great relationships with a number of Australia's leading organisations.

Currently Sophie is the director of Mindscollective and EI Parenting.
