The term is not restricted to giving formal speeches up on stage. It covers every kind of speaking and connecting situation you have with other human beings. As a coach, you are the role-model for your practice. Being able to articulate with presence, ease and authenticity who you are, what you stand for and on behalf of your client, allows you to sit in integrity, whether with one on one, a group, audience, impromptu or prepared.
