The Many Parts of You—An Introduction to
Executive State Identification (ESI®) Mapping
in a Coaching Context

with Jan Sky

The ESI® Mapping Tool works to reveal many parts, both supportive and unsupportive associated with a client’s intrinsic personality in relation to their goals. It is a technique that supports the coach in assisting a client in bringing about lasting behavioural change associated with their intended outcome.
 
ESI® is a simplistic yet powerful process applicable to the context of coaching. It has been used extensively with excellent results and has been proven to motivate behaviour change. It applications have ranged from senior executives to in-mates in jail.

About Jan Sky


Jan Sky is the developer of the ESI® Mapping Tool and author of the book “The Many Parts of You”. Jan Sky is a Corporate Trainer, Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
 
She is in the business of creating a difference to the workplace!  With over 25 years of experience, she specialises in the area of leadership and people development to those organisations who want to create an environment of high performing people.
 
Jan established SKY training 16 years ago, a consultancy business that conducts leadership and people development training in relation to behaviour change.  As well Jan runs a private practice as a Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Parking: Hilton Premier Parking at 259 Pitt Street, Sydney.
Turn left into the Hilton Premier Carpark entrance off Pitt Street and access via the 2nd driveway.
Evening rates valid 6pm — 9am @ $15.

Collect parking ticket from the machine upon entry. Purchase prepaid Premier Carpark voucher from the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel reception prior to exiting and submit prepaid voucher and parking ticket on departure.
