New Member Applications

Annual Dues Process

ICF is currently transitioning membership to an annual dues process whereby all memberships are due for renewal on March 31st of each year - so your membership fee, if you join this year will be a prorated amount based on the annual fee of $260.00 from the date you join through to March 31, 2007. So, for example, those members who join in June 2006, will pay 9/12ths of an annual membership = $195.00.

New Membership Categories

Beginning April 1, 2006, new members who join ICF will be placed in one of two membership categories:

If you hold an ICF Credential (ACC, MCC, PCC) you will automatically become a Credentialed Member. Credentialed Members have voting rights and also have the ability to participate in the Coach Referral System. Coaches do not have to be credentialed to join ICF.

If you do do not hold an ICF Credential (ACC, MCC, PCC) you will join as an Affiliate Members. Members can stay in the Affiliate category as long as they like. They do not have to move to the Credentialed category if they don't wish to be credentialed. Coaches do not have to be credentialed to join ICF.

Membership in ICF is only available to individuals, non-transferable and non-refundable. Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged and a tax invoice will be issued for all applications. Applicants who hold an ICF Credential will join as part of the Credentialed Member category. Applicants who do not hold an ICF credential will join as part of the Affiliate Member category.

Joining Process

New member applications may be submitted online, by fax or by post. Please note that while we can accept your credit card details by phone if you prefer, we must receive a signed copy of the membership application with your acceptance of the ICF Pledge of Ethics and ICF Standards of Conduct.

Paying by Cheque or Money Order

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please download a form here (you will need a pdf reader) and return a completed and signed copy of the form with a cheque or money order made payable to "ICF Australasia Inc" to the ICF Australasian Admin Office.

A tax invoice/receipt will be forwarded to you by e-mail within 2 working days of receipt of your application.

Paying by Credit Card by Mail If you would like to pay by credit card by mail, please download a form here (you will need a pdf reader) and return a completed and signed copy of the form including your credit card details to the ICF Australasian Admin Office.

A tax invoice/receipt will be forwarded to you by e-mail within 2 working days of receipt of your application.

Paying by Credit Card by fax/phone If you would like to pay by credit card by phone or fax, please download a form here (you will need a pdf reader) and return a completed and signed copy of the form by fax to: +61 2 4340 2122. If you wish, you may provide your credit card details by telephone, but please complete and fax a membership form through before you call.

A tax invoice/receipt will be forwarded to you by e-mail within 2 working days of receipt of your application.
