Conference Terms and Conditions

By submitting a registration form to the ICF (whether on-line or via fax) the delegate accepts and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

By submitting this registration form to the ICF (whether on-line or fax) the delegate hereby signifies that they have read and accepted the ICF Pledge of Ethics and ICF Standards of Conduct.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat at PO Box 7151, Kariong NSW 2251.

No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees. One-Day Pass and workshop fee(s) are non-refundable. Note: Accommodation expenses and out-of-pocket expenses are not refundable.

Cancellations received:

Before 3rd August 2007 will be refunded less 25% to cover administration costs.

After 3rd August but before 24th September 2007 will receive a refund less 50% administration fee.

Postmarked on or after 24th September 2007 are non refundable with no exceptions.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration can be transferred to another person prior to 3rd August 2007 without incurring penalty. Transferring your registration to another person from 1st August onwards incurs a AUD$40 fee.

Note:

Refunds will not be processed until 30 days after the Conference.

Refund payments will be made using the same method registration payment was made, (ie. If registration fee is paid by credit card, the refund will only be transferred back to that credit card account. If paid by cheque, a cheque will be sent to your nominated address).

The conference host body, organising committee and event organiser and their agents do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers and act only as organisers of these activities. No liability is accepted for inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, damage, personal injury or death.

In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including the Event Organiser, ICF and ICF Australasia Inc, accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings and conference options only). The information will also may be added to the ICF Australasia database in order to allocate accreditation points relating to attendance and to notify you of future ICF Events.

Registration Fees:

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. A tax invoice will be forwarded to all delegates on receipt of payment. The ICFA's ABN is 66 055 268 711. Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment in full is received.

Sale or Public Display of Merchandise

Sale or public display of any merchandise or products at any location other than that specifically permitted by ICFA is prohibited. Violators will be subject to cancellation of their Conference participation. This policy will be strictly enforced against violators by both ICFA.

Mobile/Cell Phones, PDA's and Pagers

Respect your colleagues and speakers, all phones, pda's and pagers should be turned off during Conference sessions.
