Whether you are coaching, managing people or wishing to understand an organisation or community, it is important to understand hidden aspects within yourself. To reveal these hidden aspects we are offering the opportunity to assess yourself using The Dynamics of Culture and Change Survey, a CultureSCAN Spiral Dynamics Integral survey to the first 200 people that register for the ICF Australasia 2007 Conference "The Works"* package.
From the assessment you will gain an appreciation of the Dynamics of Culture and gain valuable insights into: -
- The Seven Variations of Change and how these apply to your life.
- The relationship between your values and your ability to change.
- The types of change you prefer: cautious incremental change or revolutionary change.
- Whether you prefer analogue or digital thinking and how these affect you.
- Identifying the causes of frustration in yourself and others and transforming this frustration into productive actions.
- Achieving consensus of decisions and resolving conflict.
Your survey outcomes are confidential and accessible only to you online prior to the conference. A link to the online assessment will be sent to you once your conference registration has been processed.
In addition to the self analysis offered online, an accredited Mentor will be available at the conference to help you analyse the results. To sign up for a mentor session, simply respond to the email containing the link to the online assessment.
Your individual results are anonymous but after the conference you will be able to compare your scores with 199 of your colleagues. All participants in the group report will receive a copy of the group analysis.
