| How do you conduct your training: |
Our public curriculum spans 9 programs in three streams, being personal, business and executive coaching. The program at the core of each of these streams is a 3 months 'Intensive Coach Training' which covers everything coaches need to start working with clients. This is a challenging and rigorous training designed for coaches who already have good personal foundations and solid communication skills. Our trainings are delivered both live and via distance learning. Our corporate curriculum spans 2 core programs designed to turn managers into coaches. All Results trainings use a combination of live and distance learning approaches, utilizing the best of live learning, teleconferencing and internet resources. |

Results has regional operations running programs in the US, UK, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. From there we are training coaches in over 15 countries. |

| The foundation of your coach training program: |
We don't train coaches, we coach them to coach. An essence to this is going much deeper into less material so that coaches are very solid in the essentials. Our programs are skills focussed, and use a range of specific coaching models built over 8 years that ensure coaches deliver great coaching. Influences in the model include adult learning theory, positive psychology, CBT, emotional intelligence and leadership development. The Results Coaching Model is built on a foundation of delivering well structured, well defined coaching that enables a real partnership between the coach and client to evolve. Results' coaching style is suitable for working with professionals and executives, and has been taken up by many global organizations as their coaching model of choice. |
