| The foundation of your coach training program: |
The foundation of the programme is based on the philosophy of "BEING A COACH" not "doing coaching" The training that we offer equips our coaches to show up as a coach in every situation. The programme is delivered holistically - that is operating from the IQ, the EQ. and the SQ. Accelerated learning techniques are used in the delivery allowing our coaches to learn to coach without using written models. They can of course add written models, many of which are in the coaches area of our web site should they choose. |
