| How do you conduct your training: |
All of our classes are conducted via the telephone (TeleClasses). TeleClasses enable you to take the classes from the convenience of your home or office and be connected with individuals from all over the world. Our Faculty are all members of the helping professions and are either PCCs or MCCs or working towards an ICF certification. |
| Do you offer courses outside of your home-town?: |
Yes. We occasionally offer one-day or one-week seminars outside of Colorado. However, since our classes are offered via the phone, students may take the classes from anywhere. |

Our training is provided via teleclasses with professional instructors who have backgrounds in the helping professions.
Our training recognizes the education, professional skills and experience of the helping professional and builds upon them.
The classes are small providing students the attention, instruction and practice they deserve. The curriculum focuses on
your own life design and personal fulfillment so that you can become a masterful coach who "walks the talk." ILCT teaches a
coaching model that has proven successful in producing results with coaching clients. Its state-of-the-art coaching model is
one that employs the whole person paradigm, powerful questions and purposeful inquiry, empowering tools, and results-producing
psychological principles.
