| How do you conduct your training: |
6 modules across 125 direct contact hours Our delivery has been custom-designed by a team of experts in flexible delivery and coach training. We take ongoing enrolments 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The delivery is a unique combination of online learning and teleconferences. Students login to the ICA Online Learning Centre where they download lectures, access resources and readings. They then participate is a series of teleclasses in which key concepts and issues are discussed tutorial-style. Teleclasses also provide an opportunity for students to experience coaching being modeled, participate in role-plays and be assessed. Students engage in discussion with ICA coaches and students inside our private discussion board. (Our users have posted a total of 14,387 messages inside 7947 topics. Our community is huge and growing every day) Students can also fast track their training using our unique adult learning model |

Yes, our Certified Professional Coach Program has been approved by the ICF as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). |

Yes, upon completing the ICA Graduation Requirements students may be accredited as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and will receive a Graduation Certificate. |
| The foundation of your coach training program: |
We believe coaching is a unique profession and requires a specific skill set. We train our coaches to be outstanding in their coaching and successful in their practice. We value student's existing knowledge base and experience, and our training reflects this. Our training is action based: students are given a Peer coach (which is included in the program at no extra cost) and start coaching themselves on completion of Foundation Coach. Our training is flexible and customized. We are committed to small groups (average class size is 12) and to cultural diversity. We believe coaching is an international profession and our training materials and student body reflect this. In addition we recognize that strategic business and marketing skills are critical to building a successful coaching practice so a component of our training is practical business building. |
