| How do you conduct your training: |
Four of the five modules of The Art & Science of Coaching are conducted in person in a modular fashion in various cities in Canada, US, Europe, Western Asia and Australia. The program is comprised of 4 four-day modules and an eight-session integrative teleclass (totaling 150 student contact learning hours). Modules 1 to 4 are taught in classroom in a hands-on, highly experiential and participant centered learning environment. Module 5 is delivered through an integrative teleclass collaborative learning environment and also includes a Mentor coaching component. Class sizes are approximately 25 people per program. Erickson’s Art & Science of Coaching program Module 5 is conducted by tele classes with a collaborative community of approximately 12 to 20 participants. |
