How do you conduct your training: Our beginning and intermediate programs are delivered either by TeleClass or a combination program of in-person (major cities, internationally) and TeleClass training. TeleClass calls are made from the convenience of your home or office - you will be connected with people from all over the world. Our courses are lead by Faculty who are graduates of our programs and ICF certified at the PCC or MCC level.
Do you offer courses outside of your home-town?: Since we use "bridge technology," we are conducting over 500 hours of training per month, reaching people in over 36 countries around the world. Students begin with basic coaching skills, using role-plays combined with student interaction, lead by skilled and experienced ICF certified Faculty who are already successful coaches. Students then advance to deeper subjects including over 40 hours devoted to practice development.
Do you offer an ICF accredited program?: Yes, Coach U has an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. Students will complete the beginning and intermediate Core Essentials Program (CEP), then the Advanced Coaching Program (ACP) before completing the requirements for Coach U's "Certified Graduate Program" designation (CUCG). This program/designation, CUCG, fulfills all International Coach Federation (ICF) requirements.
Do you offer a certification program?: Yes, Coach U's Certified Graduate (CUCG) program and designation is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program.
The foundation of your coach training program: The foundation of your coach training program:
Teaching coaches the way most coaches coach...over the phone. Comprehensive and in depth coaching program (300 hours of training offered, 175 needed for graduation) that is designed to develop outstanding coaching skills through comprehensive curriculum, role/real-plays, class discussion; guided by skilled Faculty members who are already accomplished successful coaches. The training program also provides in-depth training on how to create a successful coaching practice (40 hours). Several models and enormous amounts of resource materials and tools are provided. Another important point is once a person joins Coach U's advanced program with the "Lifetime Learning Option," they are a member for life...as new courses in their program are developed students have the right to these at no additional charge.
Note: This organisation offers a training program which is an ICF ACTP
