International Coaching Week Masterclass
"So you're a coach; then this interactive Ethics Master Class is for you!"
Do you really understand the ICF Code of Ethics and how they apply to the coaching relationship?
Ethics are more about values and judgements and less about rules. This Master Class is about helping all coaches understand how they might be tested in their coaching relationships and to better understand the choices they make.
Come to the Ethics Master Class and get ready to talk about Tom - what happened in the coffee shop, how the relationships were not quite what they appeared to be, the legal ramifications and just how complicated it can get! This workshop is about discussion and conversation; it is not a lecture.
This interactive Master Class is based on a fictional scenario that closely resembles real life. It is strongly based on a similar workshop held at ICF Global 2011 conference in Los Angeles.
Come along and join the discussion, learn more about the ICF Code of Ethics and reflect on your coaching practice and how you abide by the ICF ethical standards. We guarantee to spark your interest in what might at first seem to be a dry topic.
This session will be facilitated by Kevin Rowe PCC and Amanda Mackenzie ACC. Please see below for further information on Kevin and Amanda's qualifications.
Members and non-members of ICF are welcome to attend.

Kevin Rowe PCC
Kevin has over 15 years experience in human resources and specialises in the impact of change on the individual and on organisational systems. He is an experienced coach of senior executives, and people at all levels facing change or wanting to achieve their potential. His clients comment on his integrity as a coach; on his ability to listen; and his capacity to challenge long held, limiting perspectives.
Kevin specialises in helping his clients define what success means to them and then brings clarity to the barriers that are impeding that success. His use of psychometric assessments and similar tools allows his clients to gain early insights into their preferences and style.
Kevin's client's comment on his ability to immediately develop rapport and to bring intelligence, warmth and humour to the coaching process. Kevin is a skilled facilitator and trainer and has presented to major international conferences.
Kevin's consulting experience includes working with organisations from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in the design and delivery of strategic planning and change management workshops.
